But too often Tai Chi players get trapped into practicing Push Hands in a way that is inefficient or even detrimental to their imporvement.
In this workshop Master Jose Johnson will offer a new way of approaching your push hands practice. An approach that will help you create a clearer understanding of what Push Hands is and how to get the best results from your practice.

Your Instructor
Jose Johnson is the founder of the Personal Mastery and Growth Academy. Jose has practiced various methods of Chinese martial arts, energy arts and mindfulness practices for over 30 years. Jose combines his skills as a Tai Chi and Qigong master with a keen understanding of psychology, neuroscience, philosophy and spirituality, allowing him to bridge the gap between the ancient and the modern in an easy to understand way.
